These General Conditions of Contract are intended to regulate the relationship between GOBERNAR EL MUNDO, SL, (hereinafter, VectorYou) and the Client of the website in relation to all transactions carried out in our online store located in the site www.vectoryou.com.
The Client will always have at their disposal these conditions on the website of the provide, in order to either consult or print them.
- Services provided
Through this website, users can request VectorYou custom-made vector portraits. The illustrations are created by manually drawn strokes without any automated filter applied.
The contracting of the service through this platform implies the acceptance of these general conditions of contract.
- Use and treatment of the users personal data
The provider will use and treat the personal data of users in accordance with our privacy policy. The user can contact us through the email hola@vectoryou.com for any questions or queries.
The users must expressly accept our privacy policy.
- Purchase process
To contract the service, the user must follow these steps:
1st The purchase process starts when the registered user selects on the web page the option “Purchase”.
2nd The Client must fill in the requested information and send the photograph that VectorYou will use as a reference. The format of the photograph must be JPG or PNG and may not exceed 4MB.
3rd These general conditions and the privacy policy must be expressly accepted.
4th Subsequently, in case of acceptance, the Client can confirm the operation by clicking on the “Purchase” option.
6th The customer can pay through the payment system of PayPal and by Credit Card (Stripe).
7th Within FIVE days of receiving the order, VectorYou will send four versions of the portrait in different tones to the email designated by the client. The files will be sent in JPG format and in “Illustrator” (.ai) format.
In case of doubt, query or suggestion, the user can send us an email to hola@vectoryou.com explaining in the subject the term “VectorYou” and we will respond as soon as possible.
From the moment of the acceptance, the user acquires the status of VectorYou Client. Any service offered subsequently will have the subject of a new contract. VectorYou stores and archives the electronic documents in which the purchases are formalized.
- Prices and method of payment
5.1 Prices
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order, including all of the adjacent taxes. VectorYou reserves the right to make modifications on the website at any time and without prior notice and, if deemed appropriate, will update the services daily, according to the supply of the market.
5.2 Payment method
As stated in point 4.6, purchases will be made through payment on PayPal purchase getaway or Credit/Debit Card.
- Modifications and withdrawal
In accordance with the personalized typology of the offered product and with the current legislation, the Client will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.
In no case VectorYou will proceed to return the amount to the client, in case that he/she is not satisfied with the result of the portrait.
- Responsibilities of VectorYou
VectorYou guarantees the quality of the service contracted through the site www.vectoryou.com
All the rights are guaranteed for the consumers and users according to the laws in force.
VectorYou undertakes to act diligently and in the best contractual faith in its obligations, informing the Customer at all times of any incidents or particularities that may affect the service.
- Customer Responsibilities
The Customer guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided when filling in the contract forms, especially regarding the notification channels (email), avoiding causing damages to the provider as a consequence of such incorrectness.
The Client will inform VectorYou at any time via email hola@vectoryou.com of any relevant information related to the contracted services.
- Intellectual Property
The rights arising from this website correspond to VectorYou. Any form of reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation thereof is forbidden.
The acquisition of the portrait will grant the Client the rights of exploitation over it, without prejudice to the moral right of paternity of the work that, by law, will continue to belong to VectorYou.
All the contents of this page, such as images, videos, graphics, logos, texts, etc. are subject to the legal protection of the intellectual property of VectorYou or other third parties that have expressly authorized VectorYou to that end.
- Jurisdiction and Applicable Law and modification of these conditions
VectorYou will make the modifications it deems appropriate to these general contracting conditions through its publication on this website, which will be communicated to users for their knowledge.
In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that, where appropriate, hear the matter, will be those established by the applicable legal regulations in matters of competent jurisdiction, in which is addressed, in the case of final consumers, to the place where the obligation is fulfilled or where the address of the purchaser is located.
In the case of an operation conducted by a company, both parties submit, expressly waiving to any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
